Hi, I'm Gin Kiat!

I am 18 years old, studying a diploma in Electronics and Computer Engineering at Nanyang Polytechnic.

My favorite motto is "Who Dares Wins". It means that those who dare to try often succeeds. I love trying new things to step out of my comfort zone and become comfortable with the uncomfortable.

In my free time, I love reading up on coding knowledge, Javascript and play computer games!

Drums, Brass, Spectacular!

Unlike the usual stars, my idols are the musicians of the Royal Marines Band Service in the UK. Their level of musical skills are second to none.

Major events that they do are: Beating retreats(every 2 years), Mountbatten Festival of Music(Annually), and Remembrance Sundays(Annually). I do hope to experience at least one of them one day!

I was fortunate enough to meet them this June, when the aircraft carrier Prince Of Wales made a stop in Singapore.

Through My Lens

Landscape photography is where I feel most at home. I enjoy capturing open spaces, bold skies, and the peaceful moments hidden in everyday scenery. It helps me notice the world more closely.
